If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

  1. Returns will be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  2. To be eligible for a return, the saree must be in its original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

  3. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

  4. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  5. In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at pleatsbyira@gmail.com along with relevant images and we will arrange for a return or exchange.

  6. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

  7. Refunds will be initiated only after the condition of the saree is confirmed at the warehouse.

  8. We request you to return the saree in a folded manner to prevent any damage during transportation.
